These terms govern your use of our website and services, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

By accessing our website or booking flights, holiday packages, or other travel arrangements with Fly More, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, designed to help you fly more with confidence.

General Booking Terms

  • Fare Availability: Fares are subject to availability and not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
  • Ticket Conditions: Tickets are changeable (fare/tax differences may apply) but non-refundable unless specified. Contact Fly More for details.
  • No-Show Policy: No-show tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.
  • Holiday Taxes: Local taxes (e.g., tourist tax) are your responsibility and may change between booking and travel dates.
  • Deposit Bookings: Variations in taxes or fuel surcharges must be paid by the traveler.
  • Travel Documentation: You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and other documents. One-way tickets may require specific visas.
  • Transit Visas: Connecting flights may require transit visas; check with the relevant consulate.
  • Flight Changes: In case of schedule changes, Fly More offers airline-provided options (e.g., date changes). No refunds for major schedule changes unless the airline ceases operations, in which case alternatives are offered, with fare/tax differences paid by the traveler.
  • Travel Advice: For up-to-date visa, passport, and travel advice, visit www.ukvisas.gov.uk or FCO Travel Advice (or call +44 207 008 0232/0233).
Reconfirmation: Reconfirm your flights 72 hours prior to departure to avoid issues.

Travel Requirements

To ensure you can fly more without issues, please note:

  • E-Tickets: Fly More issues electronic tickets, which are secure and cannot be lost or stolen. Present your passport and confirmation email at check-in.
  • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date and in excellent condition. For USA travel, a machine-readable passport and valid visa (e.g., ESTA) are required.
  • Check-In Times: Arrive 3 hours early for intercontinental flights, 2 hours for European/domestic flights. Check-in closes 1 hour before departure.
  • Seat/Meal Requests: Seat and meal requests are forwarded to airlines but not guaranteed. Early check-in improves seat allocation chances.
  • Special Assistance: Notify Fly More 72 hours in advance for disability or mobility assistance, per European law.
  • Emergency Support: Contact our support team at +44 0204 515 3420 for assistance abroad or at the airport.
Insurance: Fly More strongly recommends travel insurance. Confirm all terms with our travel consultant before booking.

Booking Conditions

Conditions A
  • Reserving Your Flight/Holiday: A deposit confirms your booking, and cancellation charges apply thereafter. Telephone confirmations are binding.
  • Price Guarantee: Charter flight prices are fixed; scheduled flight prices are guaranteed only after full payment. Government-imposed taxes may increase costs.
  • Minor Changes: Fly More will inform you of minor changes to your holiday as soon as possible.
  • Major Changes: For major changes (e.g., departure time shift >12 hours), we’ll offer alternatives or a refund if you cancel.
  • Group Holidays: Minimum participant numbers apply; cancellations or price increases may occur if not met.
  • Flights: Flight schedules may change; reconfirm 72 hours prior. Fly More isn’t liable for delays or missed flights.
  • Insurance: Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Booking Responsibility: The booker (18+ years) accepts these terms for all party members and is responsible for payments.
  • Deposit: Non-refundable deposits are required to confirm bookings.
  • Changes: Amendments incur a £35 fee plus airline/supplier charges. Additional taxes may apply.
  • Cancellations Before Ticket Issue: Notify Fly More in writing; cancellation charges apply.
  • Cancellations After Ticket Issue: 100% loss of cost in most cases; consult Fly More.
  • Name Changes: Complete name changes are not possible; corrections depend on airline policies.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: UK courts (client’s domicile or England) have jurisdiction.
Conditions B
  • Agent Role: Fly More acts as an agent for flights, car hire, accommodation, etc., on behalf of the Principal.
  • Not Principal: Fly More is not liable for the Principal’s actions or omissions.
  • Deposits: Required to confirm bookings; Principals may increase prices until full payment.
  • Principal’s Terms: Bookings are subject to the Principal’s conditions.
  • Amendments/Cancellations: Charges apply for all changes or cancellations.
  • Telephone Bookings: Verbal confirmations are binding.
  • Complaints: Fly More forwards complaints to the Principal but cannot commit to their actions.
  • Insurance: Recommended; declining requires signing an indemnity form.
Booking Responsibility: The booker is liable for all fees and must verify documentation accuracy.

Additional Conditions

Payment

Pay the balance by the due date on your confirmation. Some telephone bookings require immediate full payment. Late payments incur a £150 fee or cancellation. Credit card payments have a 3% surcharge; debit cards have none.

Passports, Visas, and Health

You are responsible for valid passports (6 months validity), visas, and health requirements. Fly More provides general advice, but you must confirm with embassies/consulates. We are not liable for boarding denials due to invalid documents.

Special Requests and Medical Needs

Notify Fly More of special requests or medical needs at booking. We’ll pass requests to suppliers, but they’re not guaranteed. We may decline bookings if needs cannot be accommodated.

Force Majeure

Fly More is not liable for losses or changes due to unforeseen events like war, riots, natural disasters, or airline cancellations.

Cancellations/Amendments by Suppliers

Airlines may change or cancel flights. Options include re-routing, refunds, or credits, per the supplier’s terms. Fly More will assist but isn’t liable.

Reconfirming Flights

Reconfirm all flights 72 hours prior to departure. Fly More is not liable for costs due to failure to reconfirm.

Document Dispatch

E-tickets and documents are emailed or posted within 48 hours of full payment. Use recorded delivery for postal documents to avoid loss.
